After multiple bad experiences with realtors, I hired Anthony and told him my expectation was for him to be a jerk if necessary. He assured me he was up to the task. Little did I know that the sale of my home was going to require exactly that. When the buyer tried to back out of things they agreed to pay, Anthony stood firm with me in telling them we would relist the house and cancel their contract. Anthony didn't push me to settle just so he could get his commission. In the end, the buyer decided it was best to stand by their offer and the house closed on time. If I were to buy or sell in the area again, Anthony would absolutely be my realtor. Don't hire the "nice" realtor, hire someone who will be in your corner with gloves on when things don't go as planned. Hire Anthony George.
